    The GloQube® is a compact, easy-to-use glow discharge system primarily usedfor the hydrophilisation (wetting) of TEM carbon support films and grids. Other applications include surface modifications, for example for enhancing polymer bonding.

    Quorum Q300T D Thin-Film Coater

    The Q300T D is a fully automatic, free-standing sputter coater ideally suited for thin film applications and for conductive coating of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) specimens.
    At the operational heart of the Q300T D is a large chamber fitted with two independent sputtering heads. This dual-head configuration allows two different metals to be sequentially sputtered without the need to 'break' vacuum. A dual channel film thickness monitor option is available.
    The system is designed to sputter a wide range of oxidising metals, eg chromium (Cr) and aluminium (Al), and non-oxidising (noble) metals, eg gold (Au) and platinum (Pt).
    The Q300T D sputter coater has a 300mm x 127mm work chamber and a specimen stage that accepts substrates of 2-4" wafer sizes as standard and 6" wafers with an optional stage accessory. An optional extended height glass chamber is available to enable coating of larger specimens.

    Quorum SC7620 SEM Sputter Coater

    Adamas® Abrasive SiC discs are inseparable parts of sample preparation. They are specially formulated and produced for efficiency and durability. They come in different grits(60~4000) and diameters(8"~12" or 200~300mm) Waterproof paper, with and without pressured adhesive backings.  These product we have is by far the most sought after Metallurgical supply items here in the region market.

    Generally, most manufactures are using electrostatic means to deposit abrasive grains onto paper. These method, when used in finest grit will result in all the grains to align and face the same direction, with the cutting edge point upward. This will cause unwanted scratches at the final polishing stage.  Adamas® paper are produced with method which allow grains to deposit randomly and thus less aggressive when use.
